I want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Please review the following return policy before placing your order.
Returns
Returns are accepted on eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging when applicable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom, commissioned, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes commissioned artwork and items created or altered specifically at the customer's request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging.
If the item was damaged during shipping or an incorrect item was sent, I will work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
How to Start a Return
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery before sending an item back. Include your name, order number, and the item you would like to return.
Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
